Procedure

‚P Thinly slice the onion. Slice the green onion on a slant. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Beat the eggs.
‚Q Combine all the ingredients for the seasoned stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the onion first, then the chicken, and cook until the chicken is done.
‚R From this point, prepare one serving at a time. Place 1/4 of the boiled rice in an individual serving bowl. Heat one serving (1/4) of (2) in a small flat pan, and add 1/4 of the green onion and bring to a boil. Pour in one beaten egg.
‚S Gently shake the pan while cooking. When the egg is half done, place the egg mixture over the rice and serve.
