| A. | Green part of Welsh onion Ginger root skin Salt Sake Stock |
1/8 teaspoon 1 tablespoon 60cc |
| (Sauce) | Ground sesame seeds Soy sauce Sugar Vinegar Sesame oil Layou (oil flavored with red pepper) Ginger root Welsh onion Garlic |
2 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons slightly less than 1 tablespoon 1/2 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon 1-2 drops 2g 2g 1g |

| P | Place the chicken on a plate, add (A) over it, and steam in a preheated steamer. |

| Q | Thinly slice the cucumber, and sprinkle with salt. When the cucumber softens, rinse and squeeze dry. |
| R | For the sauce, mince the ginger root and Welsh onion, and grate the garlic. Combine them with the seasonings. |
| S | When the chicken is done, remove the ginger root and Welsh onion from it. Dish up the chicken and cucumber together, and pour the sauce over them to serve. |
