Chicken thighs
Cucumber

A. Green part of Welsh onion
Ginger root skin
Salt

(Sauce) Ground sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Sugar
Vinegar
Sesame oil
Layou (oil flavored with red pepper)
Ginger root
Welsh onion
Garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons

Procedure

‚P Place the chicken on a plate, add (A) over it, and steam in a preheated steamer.
‚Q Thinly slice the cucumber, and sprinkle with salt. When the cucumber softens, rinse and squeeze dry.
‚R For the sauce, mince the ginger root and Welsh onion, and grate the garlic. Combine them with the seasonings.
‚S When the chicken is done, remove the ginger root and Welsh onion from it. Dish up the chicken and cucumber together, and pour the sauce over them to serve.
