Okra Salad with Radish Dressing

30g (2 tablespoons)
0.8g (1/6 teaspoon)


Procedure

Grate the daikon using a coarse grater, and lightly squeeze the juice off the grated daikon.
Remove the hard edges of the calyxes from the okra, then rub the okra with salt. Cook in boiling water until the color turns bright green, and cut into rings.
Combine the seasonings in a bowl, add the grated daikon and okra, and mix.
