Okra Salad with Radish Dressing

Grate the daikon using a coarse grater, and lightly squeeze the juice off the grated daikon. |

Remove the hard edges of the calyxes from the okra, then rub the okra with salt. Cook in boiling water until the color turns bright green, and cut into rings. |
