Steam the potatoes till tender, and strain in a colander while hot. Retain some skin and mince. |

Mix the potatoes, the skin, sugar and potato starch. Form it into a thick stick and wrap in plastic wrap like a piece of candy. Cook in a
steamer. |

After it cools down, cut the jelly into bite-size pieces. |
