Procedure

‚P Slice the chicken, 3 to 4 pieces per serving, and marinate in the preliminary seasoning mix.
‚Q Cut the onion and tomato into thin slices.
‚R Mix the mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
‚S On each sheet of aluminum foil, place 1/4 of the onion, chicken and tomato in that order. Pour some sauce prepared in ‚Rover it, wrap the ingredients by folding the foil and seal the opening.
5 Bake in an oven at 200 Ž.
