| P | Slice the chicken, 3 to 4 pieces per serving, and marinate in the preliminary seasoning mix. |

| Q | Cut the onion and tomato into thin slices. |
| R | Mix the mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. |
| S | On each sheet of aluminum foil, place 1/4 of the onion, chicken and tomato in that order. Pour some sauce prepared in Rover it, wrap the ingredients by folding the foil and seal the opening. |
