Rainbow vegetable saute

Ingredients
Serves 4
200g beef leg for grilling
1 tablespoon sake
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
For seasoning beef in advance
    salt, pepper
  1 tablespoon potato starch
  1 tablespoon salad oil
4 green peppers
1/2 red pepper
2 yellow peppers
salt
1/2 clove garlic
5g ginger
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt, pepper
Mixed seasoning
    1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 2 tablespoon soup
    1 teaspoon potato starch
salad oil
Procedure
1  Saute all peppers in a Chinese frying pan until soft. Add salt and remove.
2  Saute garlic and ginger in the frying pan.
3  Add slices of beef and saute together.
4  When beef color changes, add mixed seasoning, saute quickly and add potato starch.
Points
Prepare mixed seasoning before adding it to the other ingredients because it has potato starch.
