Bouncy chicken tomatoes

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 can tomato juice
1 cup bouillon
10g gelatin leaf (sheet)
25g frozen green peas
60g chicken breast
salt, pepper, lettuce

Procedure
1  Heat tomato juice and tomato puree, boil a little bit and season with salt and pepper.
2  Add a gelatin leaf and boil until it melts.
3  Put the bottom of the pot in ice water to cool. Stir until the liquid thickens.
4  Add green peas and chicken.
5  Rince the mold in cold water to cool it. Pour in liquid and let it harden in a cool place (refrigerator).
How to serve and eat
Put cup-shaped lettuce on a plate and put jelly on it.
