1 Combine all the ingredients for the hamburger and mix well.
Form into 4 hamburger steaks and cook in a frying pan. 2 For the sauce, boil down the soy sauce and mirin mixture, add the sesame, lemon juice and aojiso. Serve each hamburger steak on a dish, pour the sauce over it. Garnish with the kaiwarena and cherry tomatoes. |
