1 To mince the onion, follow the directions below:

‚PKnead the ground beef with your hand until smooth and
sticky. Add the minced onion, steeped bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and knead more. ‚QDivide the meat mixture into 4 equal amounts. Hold one portion, toss it back and forth between your hands to force the air out and form into thin oval shapes. ‚RCoat each meat cake with flour, egg, and bread crumbs, and fry in oil heated to 170oC until crispy. ‚SCombine the carrot, water seasonings and butter in a pan, and cook until almost all the moisture evaporates and the carrot turns glossy. ‚TBoil the green beans and saut in butter, and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Place a serving of vegetables on a dish, add a meat cake and pour the sauce over it. |
