Stewed Squid in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Serves 4
squid 2 medium
onion 1
stewed tomatoes 1 can
Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
ketchup 2 tablespoons
sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
butter 1 tablespoon
Minced parsley
Vegetable oil

Procedure
‚PHeat vegetable oil in a pot and cook the onion until tender. Add the squid and cook briefly.
‚QAdd the stewed tomatoes with their juice and lightly squash them. Cover and cook over low heat.
‚RAfter boiling down a little, add the seasonings.
‚SAdd the butter to enhance the flavor.
Serving
Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve.
