P@Thaw the spring rolls. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the spring rolls until the surface becomes brown. Q@Rinse the peas and drain. |

P@Combine the stock and the curry mix in a pot, and stir to dissolve while heating. QAdd the meat sauce in P, season with salt and pepper and stir in the peas. R@Pour half the sauce prepared in 2 in a baking dish coated with butter, place the spring rolls over it, cover them with the remaining sauce and top with the cheese. S@Preheat an oven to 200oC and bake 3 for 5 to 6 minutes. (Or bake it in a toaster oven.) |
