Spring Rolls Cannelloni Style

Ingredients
Serves 4
spring rolls (frozen) 8
butter 1 tablespoon
Curry sauce meat sauce 200g
stock 2/3 cup
curry mix 20g
peas (frozen) 50g
shredded cheese for pizza 100g

Preparation
‚P@Thaw the spring rolls. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the spring rolls until the surface becomes brown.
‚Q@Rinse the peas and drain.

Procedure
‚P@Combine the stock and the curry mix in a pot, and stir to dissolve while heating.
‚QAdd the meat sauce in ‚P, season with salt and pepper and stir in the peas.
‚R@Pour half the sauce prepared in 2 in a baking dish coated with butter, place the spring rolls over it, cover them with the remaining sauce and top with the cheese.
‚S@Preheat an oven to 200oC and bake 3 for 5 to 6 minutes. (Or bake it in a toaster oven.)
