P@Skin the carrot and cut into bite-size pieces. Q@Separate the broccoli into smaller bunches, rinse and dry well. RCut the stems off the mushrooms and slice each into 2 or 3 equal pieces. S@Wash the potato and cut into wedges without removing the skin. Soak them in water, drain and dry the surface. |

P@Heat the frying oil to 180 oC, and cook the potato, carrot, broccoli, and mushrooms in that order. Drain the oil well. QCombine the stock and seasonings for sweet and sour sauce in a wok. Heat the sauce and add the frozen meatballs, then cook until done. RAdd the vegetables in Qand stir in the water and potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce. |
