Green Rolled Beef

Ingredients
Serves 4
beef (lean, sliced) 300g
green asparagus spears 12
Sauce ketchup 5 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper -
stock 5 tablespoons
shredded cheese 120g
Vegetable oil,Salt, pepper
Garnish corn (frozen) 3/4 cup
butter 1 tablespoon
watercress 1/2 bunch

Preparation
Remove the hard bases from the asparagus spears and scrape off any scales. Cook briefly in boiling water with salt and soak in cold water to cool.
Spread each slice of beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Procedure
Cut the asparagus into lengths the same as the beef. Place some shredded cheese and three asparagus spears on each slice of beef and roll.
Fry the rolled beef in a frying pan. Roll them around while cooking. Remove from the frying pan and cut on a slant into several pieces.
In the same frying pan, add the stock and seasonings for the sauce and boil down to reduce the amount by half.
Combine the frozen corn and butter in a microwave-safe dish and cook in a microwave for approximately 2 minutes.


盛りつけ・食べ方
Place the rolled beef on a dish and add some corn on the side. Serve with the sauce in a separate dish.
