1Remove the hard bases from the asparagus spears and scrape off any scales. Cook briefly in boiling water with salt and soak in cold water to
cool. 2Spread each slice of beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. |

1Cut the asparagus into lengths the same as the beef. Place some shredded cheese and three asparagus spears on each slice of beef and roll. 2Fry the rolled beef in a frying pan. Roll them around while cooking. Remove from the frying pan and cut on a slant into several pieces. 3In the same frying pan, add the stock and seasonings for the sauce and boil down to reduce the amount by half. 4Combine the frozen corn and butter in a microwave-safe dish and cook in a microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Place the rolled beef on a dish and add some corn on the side. Serve with the sauce in a separate dish. |
