1Slice the fish into 8 equal pieces, dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2Combine the eggs, bread crumbs, milk and cheese for the batter. 3Slice the hard core off each cabbage leaf and cut into thin strips. Cut the radishes in half and the lemon into wedges. |

1Coat each piece of fish with flour, and then with the batter. 2 Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan to approx. 1 cm deep and heat it to 160oC. 3Cook the fish over low heat. Turn it over and cook some more. |
| Serve the fish on a dish and add cabbage, radish and lemon. |
