Hamburger Topped with Cheese
Hamburger Topped with Cheese


Top with mild cheese and let it melt in a toaster oven.

Ingredients
Serves 4
ground beef and pork mixture 400g
onion 1
butter 1tablespoon
bread crumbs 1 cup
milk 1/4 cup
egg 1
Salt and pepper -
Vegetable oil -
processed cheese
(melting type)
100g
minced onion 2 tablespoons
bell pepper 1
Easy-to-make sauce ketchup
1/4 cup
mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
stock 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper -
For garnish
Glazed carrot

stock 1/2 cup
butter 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
salt -
pineapple (small can) 4 slices

Preparation
Mince the cheese and bell pepper. Quarter each pineapple slice.
Cut the carrot into star-shaped slices using a cookie cutter. Combine the stock, butter, sugar, salt and the carrot, and cook until tender to make glazed carrot.

Procedure
Combine the ingredients for hamburger in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a hamburger. Fry in a frying pan until almost done.。
Combine the minced cheese, bell pepper and onion. Place 1/4 of the mixture on top of each hamburger.
Broil in a preheated toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
Serving
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a pan, and heat it while stirring. Place enough sauce on each plate to cover the bottom. Serve each hamburger in the center of the plate, and add the glazed carrot and pineapple around the hamburger in a decorative manner.
