1Mince the cheese and bell pepper. Quarter each pineapple slice. 2 Cut the carrot into star-shaped slices using a cookie cutter. Combine the stock, butter, sugar, salt and the carrot, and cook until tender to make glazed carrot. |

1Combine the ingredients for hamburger in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a hamburger. Fry in a frying pan until almost done.。 2Combine the minced cheese, bell pepper and onion. Place 1/4 of the mixture on top of each hamburger. 3Broil in a preheated toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes. |
| Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a pan, and heat it while stirring. Place enough sauce on each plate to cover the bottom. Serve each hamburger in the center of the plate, and add the glazed carrot and pineapple around the hamburger in a decorative manner. |
