| mirin (boil before using) |

| white toasted sesame (minced) |

1Thinly slice the sea bream.
2Boil the stone parsley in salted water, and cut into 2cm-long pieces.
3Combine the ingredients for the sesame sauce in a bowl and mix well.

1Add the sea bream and stone parsley to the sauce in the bowl and mix the ingredients.

|

Serve in a dish and top with needle-thin ginger.
