Sea Bream Seasoned with Sesame Soy Sauce


If you use sea bream filleted for sashimi (to eat raw),

Ingredients
sea bream (for sashimi use) 50g
stone parsley 3 to 4 stalks
Sesame soy sauce sake (boil before using) 1 teaspoon
mirin (boil before using) 1/2 tablespoon
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
white toasted sesame (minced) 2 teaspoons

Preparation
下ごしらえ Thinly slice the sea bream.
Boil the stone parsley in salted water, and cut into 2cm-long pieces.
Combine the ingredients for the sesame sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Procedure
Add the sea bream and stone parsley to the sauce in the bowl and mix the ingredients.
Serving
 Serve in a dish and top with needle-thin ginger.
