
| Chinese yam |
50g |
| Fermented soy beans |
1/4 pack |
| Okra |

| Horse radish paste |

1Remove the skin, rather thickly, from the yam, and wrap it in a wet dishcloth. Smash up the yam using a rolling pin. Lightly cut up the fermented soy beans with a knife.
2Rub the surface of the okra with salt, dip it in boiling water and cut crosswise into small pieces.

1In a bowl, dissolve the horse radish paste in a teaspoon of sake. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix well.
2Add the yam, soy beans and okra to 1, and lightly mix all the ingredients together.

Place 2 in a serving dish, and top with nori broken into small pieces.
