Grilled Marinated Scallops


A Japanese-style scallop dish.

Ingredients
Scallops 3
Marinade Sake 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Mirin 1 1/2 tablespoons

Preparation
下ごしらえ Remove the dark entrails from the scallops and rinse well. Dry them and marinate for 4 to 5 minutes.

Procedure
Drain the scallops and place on a gridiron. Brush the marinade on the scallops while grilling.
Serving
 Place the grilled scallops on a dish and sprinkle them with powdered Japanese pepper seeds.
