1Remove the dark entrails from the scallops and rinse well. Dry them and marinate for 4 to 5 minutes.

1Drain the scallops and place on a gridiron. Brush the marinade on the scallops while grilling.

Place the grilled scallops on a dish and sprinkle them with powdered Japanese pepper seeds.
