Bean Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
Serves 4
Bean sprouts 250g
Carrot 50g
Cabbage 100g
Salt, pepper, vegetable oil -
Mayonnaise sauce Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Heavy cream 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon

Preparation
下ごしらえ
Rinse the bean sprouts and remove all the fibrous roots. Skin the carrot and cut into very thin sticks. Remove the core from the cabbage leaves, roll them up and cut into thin strips.
For the mayonnaise sauce, combine the ingredients and mix well.

Procedure
Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the carrot briefly. Add the cabbage and bean sprouts and continue cooking. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Serving
 Pour the sauce over the dish to serve.
