じゃがトン巻き
Potato and Pork Rolls


Thin sticks of potato

Ingredients
Potato 1/3
Pork (thinly sliced) 50g
Garlic 1/2 clove
Seasoned stock Stock 5 tablespoons
Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
Mirin 1/2 tablespoon
Sake 1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce 3/4 tablespoon

Preparation
下ごしらえ Skin the potato and cut it into thin slices. Then, cut the slices into thin sticks, rinse and drain them. Roughly mince the garlic.

Procedure
Spread a slice of pork and place some of the potato sticks and minced garlic on the side closest to you. Roll it tightly and repeat the same procedure to make two or three rolls.
Combine all the ingredients for the seasoned stock in a small pan and bring it to a boil. Add the potato and pork rolls and simmer for a while.
Serving
Cut each roll on a slant and place them on a serving dish. Pour some of the remaining seasoned stock over the rolls and top with ginger root cut into very thin sticks.
