1String the green beans and cook in boiling water. Soak them in cold water and cut into thin slices on a slant.
2Soak the zhacai in water to remove the excess salt, then cut into thin slices. (To expedite this process, you might want to slice the zhacai first, and then soak it in water to remove the excess salt.)
3Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce and mirin in a bowl. Add the green beans and zhacai and mix all the ingredients. Place on serving dishes.

and several spices. It is a specialty of China, and its unique texture
and sharp pungency are very good. It is soaked in water to remove
