Cooked Taro and Green Beans


Ingredients
Serves 4
Taro 300g
Green beans 100g
Carrot 100g
Stock 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 3 teaspoons
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure
作り方 Place the taro in a pan with cold water, bring to a boil and cook the taro until tender. Remove the skin.
String the beans and cook them briefly in boiling water. Soak them in cold water, drain and cut in half.
Skin the carrot and cut into chunky pieces. Place them in a pan with cold water, bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Boil the stock in a pan and season with the sugar, soy sauce and salt. Add the taro and carrot and simmer for a while. Add the green beans and cook briefly.
Place the ingredients in a serving dish in a decorative manner.
