 
| Beef (sliced to be cooked on a gridiron) |

| Kikuna greens |

| Toasted white sesame seeds |

1Sprinkle the slices of beef with salt and sake to season. Briefly cook both sides of each slice over a gridiron, and cut into thin strips.
2Wash the kikuna greens well, especially the part close to the roots, and remove the roots. Boil in salted water until the color turns bright green, and soak in cold water. Squeeze dry and cut into 4cm-long pieces.
3Mix the horseradish and soy sauce well.

1Toss the beef, kikuna greens and sesame seeds in 3.

Place in serving dishes and top with radish cut into very thin sticks.
