1Remove the head from the fish, cut it open from the ventral side and remove the entrails. Rinse well, dry, and cut into fillets.
2Sprinkle 1 with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Pat the fish to remove any excess flour.
3Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry both sides of 2 until crispy and golden in color.
4Prepare the butter sauce. Melt the butter in another pan and continue heating until it becomes slightly brown. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and soy sauce.
5Place the fish on serving dishes and pour the butter sauce over it. Top with the minced parsley and add the garnishes.
