1Sift the flour well.
2Place the butter in a bowl and allow it to soften to the room temperature.
3Lightly coat the surface of an oven pan with butter.

1Whisk the butter until it turns whitish and creamy.
2Add the sugar and salt to 1 and stir. After the sugar dissolves, add the egg yolk and then several drops of the vanilla essence and stir more.
3Add the flour to 2, mix the entire ingredients together with your hand to form a dough.
4Tear a portion from 3, enough to make a 2cm ball. Bury 1 piece of candy inside the ball and place it on the pan. Repeat the same procedure.
5Bake them in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 10 minutes.

After they cool down, sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar and place them on a serving dish.
