| Shrimp (shelled) |
30g |
| White wine |
Small amount |
| Avocado |
1/2 |
| Lemon juice |
Small amount |
| Minced celery |
1 tablespoon |
| Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon |

1Scoop out the pulp from the avocado using
a spoon. Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces.
2Sprinkle the lemon juice over the pulp prepared
in (1), as well as the inner surface of the
avocado cup.
3Remove the veins from the back of the shrimp
and rinse well. Sprinkle them with a small
amount of white wine and steam.

1Combine the avocado pulp, drained shrimp,
minced celery and mayonnaise and mix them
together. Season the mixture with salt and
pepper. |

Stuff the avocado cup with the mixture
and sprinkle it with some minced chives. |
