Shrimp and Avocado Salad


Ingredients
Serves 4
Shrimp (shelled) 30g
White wine Small amount
Avocado 1/2
Lemon juice Small amount
Minced celery 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Scoop out the pulp from the avocado using a spoon. Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the pulp prepared in (1), as well as the inner surface of the avocado cup.
Remove the veins from the back of the shrimp and rinse well. Sprinkle them with a small amount of white wine and steam.

Procedure

Combine the avocado pulp, drained shrimp, minced celery and mayonnaise and mix them together. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Serving
 Stuff the avocado cup with the mixture and sprinkle it with some minced chives.
