| White chicken meat |

| Mayonnaise sauce |

1 1/2 tablespoons |

Chives cut into thin rings |
1 teaspoon |

Soy sauce |
Small amount |
|
Lemon juice |
1/3 teaspoon |
|
Toasted white sesame seeds (minced) |
1/4 teaspoon |
|

1Strip the tendons off the chicken pieces
and cut them open (see the illustration).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat the
surface with flour.
2Combine the ingredients for the mayonnaise
sauce in a bowl and mix well. |

1Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and
saute both sides of the chicken.
2Top the chicken with the mayonnaise sauce,
sprinkle with paprika, cover and cook briefly. |

Place the chicken on a serving dish, and
garnish with cabbage, tomatoes and parsley. |
