White Chicken Meat Topped with Mayonnaise Sauce


Ingredients
Serves 4
White chicken meat 2 pieces
Mayonnaise sauce Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoons
Chives cut into thin rings 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce Small amount
Lemon juice 1/3 teaspoon
Toasted white sesame seeds (minced) 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation

Strip the tendons off the chicken pieces and cut them open (see the illustration). Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat the surface with flour.
Combine the ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Procedure

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute both sides of the chicken.
Top the chicken with the mayonnaise sauce, sprinkle with paprika, cover and cook briefly.
Serving
 Place the chicken on a serving dish, and garnish with cabbage, tomatoes and parsley.
