Sauted Pork Served with Grated Daikon and Egg Yolk Sauce

Ingredients
Served
Pork (thinly sliced) 70g
Preliminary seasonings Mirin 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce 3 teaspoons
Ginger juice 1 teaspoon
Fresh shiitake mushrooms (small) 2
Green peppers 3
Grated Daikon and Egg Yolk Sauce Grated daikon 2tablespoons
Egg yolk 1/2
Soy sauce 1teaspoon
Vinegar 1/2 teaspoons
Ringed chive 1 teaspoons
Toasted white sesame seeds (minced) 1/3teaspoons

Preparation

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and combine them with the mixture of the preliminary seasonings.
Make cuts on caps of the shiitake mushrooms. Make a cut on each pepper and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce and mix lightly.

Procedure

Sauted Pork Served with Grated Daikon and Egg Yolk Sauce Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute both sides of the pork. Add the mushrooms and peppers and fry together with the pork.
Serving
 Make a bed of Romaine or Boston lettuce on a plate, place the pork with the vegetables spread over it, then pour the sauce over the dish.
