1Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and combine
them with the mixture of the preliminary
seasonings.
2Make cuts on caps of the shiitake mushrooms.
Make a cut on each pepper and remove the
seeds.
3In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the
sauce and mix lightly. |

1Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and
saute both sides of the pork. Add the mushrooms
and peppers and fry together with the pork.

Make a bed of Romaine or Boston lettuce on
a plate, place the pork with the vegetables
spread over it, then pour the sauce over
the dish. |
