Consomme Jelly


Ingredients
Serves 4
Gelatin powder 10g
Mixed vegetables (frozen) 60g
Stock 3 cups
Salt Slightly less than 1 teaspoon

Procedure

Sprinkle the gelatin powder in 4 tablespoons of water to steep.
Boil the mixed vegetables briefly and drain.
Heat the stock in a pot, add the mixed vegetables, and season with salt and pepper. Add the gelatin and stir.
Immerse the bottom of the pot in ice water while stirring the contents to cool them. Place the contents in a square metal pan and chill in a refrigerator. After they set and become cold, place a portion in each serving dishes.
