| Gelatin powder |
10g |
| Mixed vegetables (frozen) |
60g |
| Stock |
3 cups |
| Salt |
Slightly less than 1 teaspoon |

1Sprinkle the gelatin powder in 4 tablespoons of water to steep.
2Boil the mixed vegetables briefly and drain.
3Heat the stock in a pot, add the mixed vegetables, and season with salt
and pepper. Add the gelatin and stir.
4Immerse the bottom of the pot in ice water while stirring the contents to cool them. Place the contents in a square metal pan and chill in a refrigerator. After they set and become cold, place a portion in each serving dishes. |
