| Minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon |
| Olive oil |
2 teaspoons |

1Remove the calyx from the tomato, cut horizontally in half, and quarter
each piece. Lightly sprinkle it with salt.
2Roughly mince the basilic. |

1.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic and add the basilic.
Season with salt and pepper.
2Remove (1) from the heat, add the tomato and mix lightly. |
