| Mapo-tofu seasoning mix |

| Pork (thinly sliced) |
300g |
| Cabbage |
200g |
| Green onion |
1 |
| Ginger root |
15g |
| Vegetable oil |

1Cut the pork into 3 to 4cm-wide pieces.
2Slice off the thick parts of the cabbage leaves, and cut the leaves into
3cm-square pieces..
3Cut the green onion into thin rings.
4Skin the ginger root and roughly mince it. |

1Heat some vegetable oil in a wok and fry the green onion and ginger. Add
the cabbage and fry a little more.
2Add the mapo-tofu seasoning mix and stir fry all the ingredients together. |
