Tomato Hamburger

Ingredients
Per Serving
Ground beef   50g
Minced onion 1 tablespoon
Beefsteak plant leaves 3
Egg 1/4
Tomato slice (1cm-thick) 1
Seasoning Soy sauce 1/3 teaspoon
Salt small amount
Pepper small amount
Grated daikon ample amount
Pons shoyu ample amount

Preparation

Roughly mince 2 beefsteak leaves. Save 1 for a garnish.

Procedure

Mix the ground beef and onion in a bowl, add the minced beefsteak leaves, egg, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix some more. Form the mixture into an oval-shaped pate.
Fry (1) in a frying pan to brown the surface.
Place (2) in a microwave oven and heat at high mode for approx. 1 minute.
Place the tomato slice on another dish, and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place (3) on the tomato slice and heat in a microwave oven set at high temperature for approx. 30 seconds.
Drain any juice from (4) and place on a serving plate. Garnish with the remaining beefsteak leaf and grated daikon. Pour some pons shoyu over the hamburger.
