1Roughly mince 2 beefsteak leaves. Save 1 for a garnish.

1Mix the ground beef and onion in a bowl, add the minced beefsteak leaves,
egg, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix some more. Form the mixture into
an oval-shaped pate.
2Fry (1) in a frying pan to brown the surface.
3Place (2) in a microwave oven and heat at high mode for approx. 1 minute.
4Place the tomato slice on another dish, and lightly sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Place (3) on the tomato slice and heat in a microwave oven
set at high temperature for approx. 30 seconds. |

| Drain any juice from (4) and place on a serving plate. Garnish with the remaining beefsteak leaf and grated daikon. Pour some pons shoyu over the hamburger. |
