Tacai Salad with Peanut Butter Dressing

Ingredients
Serves 4
Rice   2 cups
Water (combined with the seasoning mix) 2 1/5 cups
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Bonito (fillet) 200g

Procedure

Boil the tacai and soak in water. Squeeze dry and cut in length of 2-3cm.
Boil the sake. Gradually add the sake and soy sauce to the peanut butter while stirring to make the mixture smooth.
Mix the tacai and the peanut butter dressing and place in individual serving dishes.
