1Boil the tacai and soak in water. Squeeze dry and cut in length of 2-3cm.
2Boil the sake. Gradually add the sake and soy sauce to the peanut butter
while stirring to make the mixture smooth.
3Mix the tacai and the peanut butter dressing and place in individual serving
dishes. |
